Transforming E.L.F.’s billion‑dollar milestone into an immersive brand experience that generated buzz, social engagement and lasting loyalty.

To celebrate E.L.F. Cosmetics’ $1 billion valuation, I led the creative direction and production of a Studio 54‑themed celebration that doubled as a brand‑building activation. By developing the run of show, narrative arc, costumes and immersive moments, our team translated E.L.F.’s playful spirit into a high‑energy environment that reinforced brand values. We curated and managed more than a dozen specialty performers and activations to keep guests engaged throughout the night. The result was not just a great party, it sparked press coverage, amplified social chatter and deepened audience connection with the brand.
