As a Contributing Designer and Project Manager, I worked on the schematic design of Alexandria Real Estate’s Pasadena headquarters—an innovative workspace that blends brand storytelling with hospitality-level finishes and functional design.
Our concept reimagined the HQ as both a workplace and brand experience, with touchpoints like the Discovery Hub, Launch Lab, and Library of Alexandria designed to celebrate innovation, sustainability, and Alexandria’s scientific heritage. By incorporating reclaimed materials, biophilic elements, and interactive brand moments (from digital beacons to curated artifacts), the headquarters became a living showcase of the company’s values—balancing modern workplace needs with timeless design gestures.
